We all experience challenges in our lives that prevent us from living to our full potential. Our practice specializes in working with diverse individuals with a variety of mental health concerns; utilizing a psychodynamic approach with a focus on attachment, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness and holistic healing practices.

Diversity, inclusion and equity are important to us. We provide therapuetic support for adults, children, teens, seniors, LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, immigrants, and more. In addition, we provide art therapy and other creative processes that enhance an individual's potential for personal expression, growth and development.
